Craig Wear, CFP®
Founder / CEO
After a thirty-two year career as an independent financial adviser and Certified Financial Planner™, Craig sold his practice and focuses his business interest, experiences, and efforts toward alerting savers of the large tax obligations that are built into their retirement accounts.
This has birthed two Amazon #1 Best Selling books, Paying the Piper, and Roth Conversion Secrets. The tax issues are very real and a very large concern for many savers.
Ted Irwin, CFP®
Ted specializes in Roth IRA conversions, retirement planning, and comprehensive financial planning. He has over 30 years financial planning experience for businesses and individuals. Ted graduated from Oakland University with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and earned a Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College of Accounting and Business Administration.
A lifelong Michigan resident, Ted enjoys walking, hiking, working out, and playing yard games with his family.
Derrick DeHays, CFP®
Derrick began his career in the financial services industry over 28 years ago. He has extensive experience throughout his career working with clients of private banks and fiduciary wealth management firms. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, he provides thoughtful financial advice and potential solutions though planning and implementation of strategies that put the clients best interest first.
Derrick is a native Floridian and his family has been in SW Florida since 1950. When he is not helping clients, you will likely find him on a boat, as he first acquired his Master Captain’s license at age 23. He is active in the community, supporting local children’s charities and a past board member of the Estate Planning Council of Naples. He and his wife Deborah have been licensed foster care providers and raised three children of their own.
Daniel Jandro, CFP®
With over a decade of experience, Daniel specializes in providing multi-generational financial planning services. With a focus on long-term financial planning, behavioral finance, and financial coaching, Daniel leverages cutting-edge technology to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Outside of planning, Daniel’s passion lies in spending time with his family and exploring nature with his black lab, Ninja. He is also a die hard Minnesota Twins fan even amidst their historic and continuous playoff failures.
Daniel actively volunteers as a Financial Coach and Volunteer Financial Planner with Prepare and Prosper. Through this role, he helps under-resourced individuals and families achieve financial security and independence.
Taylor Rigler, CFP®
Taylor has spent his entire professional career partnering with individuals and families to design and navigate their unique path to financial independence. He has over 12 years of comprehensive financial planning experience as a fiduciary in every role throughout his career and has maintained his Certified Financial Planner™ designation since 2014. From the first dollar saved to the last dollar spent, Taylor has dedicated his efforts towards designing and implementing creative and efficient solutions across all facets of the financial picture. He passionately believes that holistic financial advice and personalized education can provide the confidence necessary for clients to make well-informed financial decisions.
He spent time working with larger institutions such as JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Complex Wealth Planning Advisor and more recently with TIAA as a Wealth Advisor partnering directly with clients employed by higher education institutions, government entities, and non-profit organizations. He also has significant experience working alongside independent firms where he focused on developing retirement income strategies and creative tax optimization plans for clients and their families as they look towards how best to secure a successful retirement transition.
Taylor, his wife, Lauren, and three kids under the age of 7, Hudson, Remi, and Addison, live in Boca Raton. Taylor spends most of his free time selfishly trying his best to live vicariously through his kids out on the baseball and soccer fields. Hardly a dull moment at the Rigler household.
Over the span of more than two decades, the entirety of his professional journey has been immersed within the dynamic landscape of finance. His career commenced in the realm of institutional trading, evolving over time to encompass the domains of corporate benefit consulting and personal financial planning. His dedication and unwavering commitment to the field prompted him to earn the prestigious Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation, a testament to his profound belief in the transformative influence of a well-crafted financial blueprint and the positive impact he can confer upon clients and their extended families. This belief is underpinned by his unwavering commitment to providing a fiduciary level of guidance, devoid of any product sales, thus ensuring that clients receive the utmost in ethical and trustworthy financial counsel.
With a remarkable athletic background as a two-time Ironman, he champions the concept of adhering to a structured, goal-oriented process to achieve meaningful results. He firmly believes that the actions undertaken today serve as the compass that guides one’s trajectory toward success in the future. Beyond his professional pursuits, his passions extend to the realm of college football, where he is an ardent fan, and he derives immense enjoyment from pursuits such as fly fishing and the pursuit of aquatic adventures whenever the opportunity arises.
