Welcome to the web sites www.CraigWear.com and www.Q3Adv.com (the “Site” or “Mobile Application”) owned and operated by Q3 Advisors, LLC (Henceforward “Q3”, “Adviser”, “we,” “us,” and/or “our”). This Site has been created to provide information about our company and its web-based portfolio management services (the “Services”) to all users of the Site or Service who in any way use the Site or Mobile Application provided by Q3 (in each case, a “User”). This Privacy Policy sets forth Q3’s policy with respect to information, including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”), and other information that is collected from Site visitors and users of the Services.

When you interact with us through the Site or the Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below:

Q3 may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by Q3 affiliates, agents or service providers. Q3 may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our Services to current and prospective business partners and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.

This Site Uses Google Analytics and AdWords. This Site uses Google Analytics to track viewing trends and help analyze how visitors use the Site. This information will help us to improve the Q3 Site and the overall user experience. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. None of the information gathered is personally identifiable in nature without your expressed permission. This Site also uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise Q3 and Q3 Issuers on third party websites to previous visitors of the Q3 Site. Google AdWords remarketing will display relevant ads tailored to you by using a cookie that helps track what parts of the Q3 Site you have viewed. Google AdWords remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing efforts to better suit your needs and display ads that are most relevant to your interests.

Q3 uses the Personal Data you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. Q3 and business partners may obtain information about you from third party sources to verify your identity so we can properly process your requests and prevent fraud. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data and other information with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:
Business Transfers: As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: Q3, like many businesses, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include website hosting, mailing information, maintaining databases, ID verification, processing applications, processing payments and completing transactions. When we employ another company to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function. Building Relationships: We may share your information with other advisers we have relationships with to assist you with your other financial needs. We may also share revenue with these other advisers. Q3 may sell or exchange client lists or Personal Data with non-affiliated third parties.

Your Choices

If you are a new client, we can begin sharing your information after 30 days from the date we sent this Privacy Policy. Your opt out direction is effective even after termination of your client relationship, unless you revoke it in writing or electronically.
Please be aware, you cannot opt out and completely stop the flow of all of your Personal Data. The law permits us to share certain information about you without giving you a right to opt out. Federal law gives you the right to limit only:
Sharing for Related Companies everyday business purposes-information about your creditworthiness
Related Companies from using your information to market to you

We will respond to your request to access within 30 days.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you decide to close your account, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you. We treat nonpublic personal information about former clients in the same manner, and with the same care, that we do our current clients.
When you sign up for our Services or newsletter(s), we will send periodic emails to you regarding the Services or to tell you about services we believe will be of interest to you. Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. We and our custodian also use third party ID verification to ensure our users’ true identities are validated.

Exclusions
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by Q3 other than Personal Data collected through the Site or Services. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Site (collectively, “Public Areas”), any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). Testimonials
We do not display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site.
Suspicious Email
We do not email you or send you other electronic communications to request non-public information or account information (such as username and password). If you receive an unsolicited email or other electronic communication that appears to be from Q3 but you suspect it may be from some other source or fraudulent, please email us at cw@craigwear.com.
Children
Our service is not directed towards anyone under the age of 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child under the age of 18 has created an account with Q3 and/or provided us with personally identifiable information, please contact us at cw@craigweaer.com. Additionally, if we become aware at any point that a child under the age of 18 is using our service, we will terminate his or her account.
